We only offer exchanges for unused hair. We cannot give exchanges on hair that has been installed, colored, permed, or processed in any manner. Bundles must be in same condition as you received them. You must contact us directly via email (email@example.com) to receive approval of return prior to returning any hair. A shipping receipt and tracking number must be provided. Exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days. Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy with regards to exchanging or return of merchandise. All items sent to us for exchange or return will be inspected thoroughly. If the item is used in any visible manner, we will not issue store credit or exchanges for the merchandise. This includes washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, etc.
At Imoni Hair Company we are committed to providing you the best! Your order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of payment. Our standard shipping is shipped via USPS and takes 1-3 business days to arrive depending on your location. No shipping on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed the next business day. Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. Imoni hair company cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the customer, shipping carrier or holidays.
